I am new to contact lenses, what should I do?

If you are new to contact lenses, it is highly recommended to consult an eye care practitioner for an eye test. Find your nearest eye care practitioner from our store locator.

What if the lenses do not suit my eyes?

Our lenses are made to be moist and comfortable to wear for hours. However, if you sign on for our trial programme and find our lenses unsuitable for you, you may discard the lenses or return them to us. Please do not continue to wear the lenses if you feel any eye or visual discomfort. Please note that these lenses are meant for you alone and it is not transferable to another person.

If you visit our optical retail partners, an eye care practitioner will determine if the lenses are suitable for you.

I am unsure of my prescription, what should I do?

Using your latest prescription should give you the best visual performance in contact lens wear (in the absence of any eye disorders). We recommend that you visit an eye care practitioner to get your up-to-date prescription if you are unsure.
